Our Sales fees explained
Like everything else, we keep our fee process simple and transparent.
For sole agency sales listings, we charge 1% plus VAT (1.2% total). We do not charge up-front fees and every sale comes with our “no sale, no fee” guarantee. The only extra we would add to your bill would be for the EPC at £90, if required. We do not have a minimum contract term and you can give immediate notice at your discretion. Simple.
