Rental Charges
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE: Every rental property in the UK has to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This is chargeable at cost if your property does not have one. You can also provide one if you prefer.
LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE: If your property has gas appliances it is a legal requirement that these appliances are serviced annually. This is chargeable at cost if your property does not have one. You can also provide one if you prefer.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY CERTIFICATE: Your property will need to have the electrical installation checked by a NICEIC Registered Electrical Contractor. This is chargeable at cost if your property does not have one. You can also provide one if you prefer.
THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR INVOICES
All our contractor invoices are passed on at cost, we NEVER apply an overage.
RENT GUARANTEE INSURANCE
