Our viewings are always accompanied by a member of our team and we can schedule appointments in or out of office hours, by arrangement. Our viewing agent will be able to advise you if we have anything else coming to the market that might suit your individual requirements once we have met you and better understand your needs.

Purchasing a new home is a big commitment and can be stressful. Our aim here at Start & Co is to help and support you through the buying process. Once your offer has been accepted on your new property, an allocated negotiator will work with you throughout the purchase and will be on hand to answer any questions that may arise. We will work with the respective conveyancers to ensure that you are kept in the loop from start to finish and the process is as smooth and swift as possible.
We work with a panel of local solicitors and conveyancers who can represent you. We can also recommend local surveyors and removals service. Our company policy is NEVER to accept referral fees, we only recommend third party companies based on their performance, not how much they are prepared to pay us.
