Start and Co are the leading letting agents in Newquay and feedback from our tenants is excellent. 

You can view and search properties currently for rent on our website and you can fill in an application form online or at our office. As you would expect, we reference all of our prospective tenants to protect our landlords interests, but this is not undertaken until you have found a property and is free of charge.

All of our properties have to meet our minimum standards, particularly where your safety is concerned and our lettings team are always on hand to deal with any issues that may arise during your tenancy. Our 24/7 emergency helpline is available 365 days a Year to all Start & Co tenants. 

We will require at least one months full rent as a deposit and one months rent paid in advance in all cases. Your deposit will be legally protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
