With Christmas nearly upon us, we normally expect to see a significant downturn in enquiries, instructions and property sales in December but early indications are that this might not be the case this year? With plenty of sales activity in November and properties still coming to the market, we anticipate that the Annual seasonal lull may well be reversed by increased demand and press reports of rising house prices. Whatever happens in December, we certainly expect January to be a busy month leading into 2014 so if you're considering selling your home, you would be well advised to catch the early January market!
