Established in 1977 by our Senior Partner, Brian Start, we are an independent family run firm of estate agents dealing in the sale and rental of residential and commercial property in and around the Newquay area. We also deal with Property Management, New Homes Development and Auctioneering.

Situated in central Newquay and run by four members of the Start family with a wealth of local experience, we pride ourselves on our `no nonsense` approach to property transactions and aim to sell or rent your home with the minimum of fuss at the maximum price and for a reasonable fee.

Our offices can be found at 25 Cliff Road, Newquay (opposite Newquay Railway Station) and we are open between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Our team are always on hand to deal with your property enquiry and viewings or private appointments can easily be arranged out of hours, if required.

	Brian is the senior partner and founded the company with Marilyn in 1977 here in Newquay. Brian has over 45 years experience dealing with property in Newquay and the surrounding areas. Brian specialises in valuations, sales and auctioneering.

	Marilyn Start - Partner

	Marilyn founded the company with her husband Brian in 1977 and has been involved in the business ever since. Now working part time and dealing largely with internal accounts, staff and payroll. Marilyn also works in the office when required (as long as she is not playing golf!)

	Jonathan has worked for the company for over 15 years and is responsible for heading up our property management and rental departments. His team are responsible for handling our extensive managed rental portfolio and securing new landlords as well as managing our internal accounts.

	Bradley is our senior sales negotiator and is responsible for running our sales department. Bradley has over 20 Years experience selling property in Newquay and specialises in New Homes development and land acquisition, now a large part of our core business. Bradley lives in Newquay.

	Gary Barnes - Lettings

	Gary works with Jonathan to manage our rental portfolio and works closely with our landlords and tenants. Gary deals with all our property maintenance, property inspections and new tenancies to ensure a smooth and 'trouble free' moving in process.
