The long term rental market in Newquay and surrounding area has had a very positive start to 2023. Demand from good quality tenants for long term rental properties has been extremely strong since the start of the year and there is no sign of this abating as we head towards the Spring. We are seeing significant amounts of tenants relocating from other areas in the country coming to Cornwall for high quality employment plus increased movement of tenants within the county.
