Established in 1977 by our Senior Partner, Brian Start, we are an independent family run firm of estate agents dealing in the sale and rental of residential and commercial property in and around the Newquay area. We also deal with Property Management, New Homes Development and Auctioneering.
Situated in central Newquay and run by four members of the Start family with a wealth of local experience, we pride ourselves on our `no nonsense` approach to property transactions and aim to sell or rent your home with the minimum of fuss at the maximum price and for a reasonable fee.
Our offices can be found at 25 Cliff Road, Newquay (opposite Newquay Railway Station) and we are open between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Our team are always on hand to deal with your property enquiry and viewings or private appointments can easily be arranged out of hours, if required.

Brian deals with residential sales, the sale or acquisition of commercial property, commercial property management and is our senior auctioneer. Brian lives in Porth and enjoys golf, holidays and work!

Marilyn Start
Marilyn works part time and deals primarily with personnel and accounts. Marilyn also has many years experience in the Newquay property market and was responsible for the creation of our Property Management and Residential Lettings department, now the largest in Newquay. Marilyn is a keen golfer.

Jonathan heads up our Property Management and Residential Letting department and is responsible for a large portfolio of over 300 properties in and around the Newquay area. Jonathan lives in Newquay and enjoys golf and tennis.

Bradley has over 17 Years experience selling property in Newquay and specialises in New Homes development and land acquisition, now a large part of our core business. Gary joined us in 2004 and runs the Property Management & Residential Letting Department with Jonathan. Gary sources suitable property for prospective tenants and manages all of our 300+ properties and ensures that all our tenancies run smoothly. Richard has recently joined as a sales negotiator to work alongside Bradley matching properties with purchasers and accompanying property viewings with applicants.
